BMLA contributed its design services to the Veterans Administration’s Advisory Committee to create a plaza that incorporated the Lee Millet Sculpture. The plaza consists of nine solid black granite pillars, which represents POW prison bars which surrounds the Lee Millet POW sculpture. The plaza is also part of an overall master plan, which BMLA is designing for the Riverside National Cemetery. The Entire master plan provides a unique experience for visitors to learn and pay tribute to the nation’s past military efforts and sacrifices.
