BMLA helped the City of Brea renovate a 4,000 LF stretch of medians on Lambert Road west of California State Route 57. BMLA’s GIS team conducted an investigation and collected existing utility, irrigation, and planting conditions. We developed GIS Schema and a Geo database to record existing site data and notes. Using the GIS data, Ortho maps, and as-built plans provided by the City, BMLA prepared base plans in an AutoCAD digital format. BMLA also provided design development and construction documents for the project. Construction administration was provided at the close of the project.
