Terramor is an 890-acre master planned community in the Temescal Valley within Riverside County. BMLA teamed up with Foremost Companies to work on the community slopes, which had strict fuel modification guidelines. Additional design and construction drawings included community walls, neighborhood entries and pocket parks including the 1-acre community garden and 5-acre Temescal Valley Community Park.
