Audie Murphy Ranch is a master planned community in the City of Menifee just east of Canyon Lake. Brookfield Residential brought BMLA on board to work on the 1,385 lots north of Salt Creek to help develop 3 city-maintained parks, 26 acres of paseos and trails, along with community streetscapes, slopes and entries. Strict guidelines from Eastern Municipal Water District had to be met for the 44 points of connection. BMLA worked on the conceptual designs, construction drawings, and administered construction installation with the owner, city, and contractor.
