BMLA was hired by KB Home to design a park that would ultimately be owned and maintained by the city of Menifee. The design took into account a future community park directly to the east of our 3-acre site, ensuring flexibility for future connections to the eastern section of Talavera Park. The park features a vibrant tot lot as its central attraction, highlighted by a polygon shade structure, barbecue areas, and picnic tables. Additionally, a succulent garden was incorporated to add visual interest and demonstrate the use of low-water plants in an ornamental setting.
