BMLA worked on this smaller 25-acre industrial site located just south of the 91 Freeway, on the border of Corona and Riverside, CA. A Mediterranean-inspired planting design was chosen, featuring field grown specimen olive trees at the primary entry point leading to a palm lined drive aisle towards the northern building. Smaller flowering trees were strategically placed to emphasize the entrances of each of the three buildings.
