Cortana Club

The Cortana Club is in the heart of the City of Menifee’s new development, Menifee Town Center.  It is surrounded by the City’s Central Park, City Hall and Civic Center.   Single family residences and high-density condominiums and apartments finish off the community.  BMLA was hired to design a two phased community center with the land developer working closely with the planning staff at the city.  Lennar purchased the project and BMLA finished off construction drawings and construction administration.   The residents will enjoy the community rec building with outdoor barbecues and group firepit.  A large pool, spa and plenty of sunning areas are within the fenced pool area.  Outside the residents can enjoy two competition bocce ball courts with formal turf areas and 2 fenced dog parks for small and large breeds.
