Jess Ranch is a 2,200-unit active seniors master planned community development in Apple Valley, California. BMLA was engaged to prepare the landscape infrastructure design and construction documents for the entire community. The project includes two community recreation centers and over two miles of streetscape development. The project also includes a river walk on the Mojave River. This element serves as a community link and exercise facility. The streetscape is a publicly maintained facility with parkways and medians utilizing the latest water conservation techniques appropriate for the high desert environment.
