We prepared the Specific Plan for Sierra Bella which consisted of design guidelines, standards, and graphic program. The project site encompasses two million square feet of slope area which is designed as an agricultural area with avocado groves. The groves are intended to be maintained by a grove maintenance company with the profits from the sale of the produce used to offset a portion of the HOA costs.
