Otay Ranch is a community with several neighborhoods which were designed to highlight the agrarian and ranching history of San Diego. BMLA implemented a landscaping vision that appeals to all ages from entry level buyers to move-up buyers and millennials to empty-nesters. The rural, rustic character of the design is both flexible and sensible.
