Baxter Miller has been practicing Landscape Architecture in Southern California since 1978 and established BMLA in 1987. Baxter has worked on a large variety of projects from parks and streetscapes to national memorials and downtown redevelopments. He has served on the California Board of Landscape Architects Examination Committee and several regional community service organizations.
